This interactive module guides learners in responding empathetically when a friend receives bad news. Through a scenario-based approach, users explore three distinct response strategies—supportive and reassuring, empathetic and listening-focused, and practical and helpful—to develop effective communication skills. Designed with clear structure and user engagement in mind, this example demonstrates my ability to create learner-centered content, scenario-based learning, and practical skill development in instructional design.
